The food is a good mix of authentic cantonese cuisine (dim sum) mixed with regional chinese variants – including, obviously Shanghainese style cooking. This coupled with the wonderful presentation of the food is sure to make it a winner. My favourite dishes include the Peking Duck served with homemade pancakes and the shanghai devilled ribs. The ribs were really to die for. And if ever I have nearly killed someone over food – it has to be the jasmine tea ice cream. Shanghai Blues – Restaurant and Bar
