Frank Schöbel erhält Goldene DVD

In der Sendung „Das Adventsfest der 100.000 Lichter”, das am 26.11.2011 in der ARD ausgestrahlt wurde, erhielten die Künstler Frank Schöbel und Aurora Lacasa für ihre DVD „Weihnachten in Familie” eine Goldene DVD überreicht.

Der Preis steht für mehr als 25.000 verkaufte DVDs des TV-Specials „Weihnachten in Familie”, das 1985 im DDR-Fernsehen ausgestrahlt wurde und legendäre Quoten erzielte.
Die zu dieser Sendung produzierte gleichnamige LP war das meistverkaufte Album des Labels AMIGA (1,8 Mio). Auf DVD veröffentlicht wurde die Weihnachtssendung von Monopol Records.

Weihnachten in Familie – Folge 1 (1985 – 1995)
Zu seinen populärsten Projekten zählt zweifellos “Weihnachten in Familie”, eine TV-Sendung, die 1985 am Heiligabend im DDR-Fernsehen zum ersten Mal ausgestrahlt wurde und sensationellen Erfolg hatte. Diese Sendung mit Frank Schöbel und Aurora Lacasa sowie den Töchtern Dominique und Odette erreichte nicht nur eine nie dagewesene Einschaltquote, sondern insbesondere auch die Herzen der Zuschauer. Auf dieser DVD sind neben der ersten legendären Folge von 1985 auch die schönsten und witzigsten Momente der Sendungen zwischen 1992 und 1995 vereint. Ein freudiges Wiedersehen mit Frank Schöbel als arbeitsloser Hase im Sketch mit Herbert Köfer ist genauso garantiert wie die schönsten Weihnachtslieder, interpretiert in stimmungsvioller Kulisse, mal solo von Aurora Lacasa oder Frank Schöbel, mal im Duett oder gemeinsam mit den Kindern Dominique und Odette.

Die schönsten Momente aus den MDR Fernsehsendungen 2000 bis 2007. Mit dabei: Die witzigsten Weihnachtssketche mit Herbert Köfer und Helga Piur, die schönsten Weihnachtslieder von und mit Frank Schöbel, interpretiert in stimmungsvoller Kulisse, mal solo , mal im Duett mit prominenten Gästen wie Graham Bonney, Frank Zander, den Wildecker Herzbuben oder gemeinsam mit seiner Familie.
